Centum asks for microphone access for exactly one feature: shadow recording in stage four of the method, where you repeat a line and play your own voice back against the original. Recordings are written to the app's sandbox and are never uploaded, shared, or analysed by us. You can decline the permission and continue using every other part of the app; you can revoke it at any time in iOS Settings.
Centum is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages, but it collects no personal information from anyone, of any age. Note that the app plays whatever video file you supply, and the suitability of that content is up to you.
The app bundles one open-source component, WhisperKit (MIT licence), used for on-device speech processing. It runs entirely locally and sends nothing anywhere. We share no data with anyone, because we hold none.

None of this reaches the app, and none of it is linked to anything you do inside it. The app still contains no analytics code and still talks to no server of ours.
Regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal data held about you. The app holds nothing about you, so for the app there is nothing for us to produce or erase — the data on your device is already yours: it lives in files you control, and deleting the app deletes it. For the website logs described above, write to us at the address below and we will remove entries matching your IP address; we keep them for 90 days in any case.
If a future version of Centum ever gains a network feature, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in the app's release notes. We will not quietly start collecting something.
